  • Thomas F. (“Tom”) Lesinski is Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of National CineMedia, Inc. (NCMI). He also serves on the board of NCMI. as a Director.

    A highly accomplished executive with a career bridging the entertainment, digital media, sales, marketing and advertising industries, Lesinski was appointed to the role of CEO in 2019 after serving as both an Independent Director (2014) and Chairman of the Board (2018) of NCMI Since, 2015, he had also served as CEO of Sonar Entertainment, a leading TV production company, after serving as a Sonar Board Director since 2013.

    His extensive 25-year Hollywood career also includes prior leadership roles as CEO of Sonar Entertainment, a leading TV production company, after serving as a Sonar Board Director since 2013. His extensive 25-year Hollywood career also includes prior leadership roles as CEO and founder of Energi Entertainment, President of Digital Content & Distribution with Legendary Entertainment, President of Paramount Pictures Digital Entertainment and President of Worldwide Home Entertainment for Paramount, and both Executive Vice President and General Manager of Home Entertainment and Executive Vice President, Worldwide Marketing & Development at Warner Bros. He began his career in advertising, working at industry leaders BBDO, Foote, Cone & Belding, and Clairol Inc.

    He holds bachelor’s degree in Journalism and master’s degree in Advertising from Northwestern University in Evanston, Ill.

  • Scott Felenstein is President, Sales, Marketing & Partnerships with National CineMedia (NCM), LLC and National CineMedia, Inc., based in the company’s New York office.

     

    He joined NCM in 2017 in the role of Executive Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer from Discovery Communications, Inc. where he spent 17 years rising through the ranks in various management positions. Felenstein most recently served as executive vice president, national advertising sales, overseeing advertising sales for the company’s portfolio of networks across all platforms, along with managing relationships with top agencies and clients across the marketplace. He was previously senior vice president, advertising sales for Discovery Channel, Science Channel, American Heroes Channel and Velocity. Felenstein joined Discovery in 2000 as an account executive for Animal Planet, Travel Channel, Discovery Health, and the company’s emerging networks. He was promoted to vice president in 2001 and then to senior vice president in 2005. Before joining Discovery, Scott held several positions in digital ad sales at Excite@Home and worked as an Account Executive at CBS Sports. His career in advertising began on the agency side as an Assistant Network Buyer at Ogilvy and Mather and later as a Network Buyer at Bozell, Kenyon, Jacobs & Eckhardt.

     

    Felenstein was named as one of Broadcasting & Cable’s Next Wave of Leaders in 2013, and currently serves as President & Chairman of the Cinema Advertising Council (CAC). He holds a B.A. in Communication from the State University of New York Albany.
     

  • Mike Rosen is Executive Vice President & Chief Revenue Officer of National CineMedia (NCM), based in the company’s New York office. 

     

    Rosen, who joined NCM in 2020 as Senior Vice President of East Coast Sales, is veteran of both the media investment and sales sides of the business. Prior to NCM, he worked at Roc Nation, where he served as Senior Vice President of Sales and Partnerships, leading a brand sponsorship sales team for a portfolio of music and sports influencers through live events, social media, and branded content offerings. Prior to that, he worked at NBCUniversal in a progression of sales leadership roles for both legacy and advanced marketplace properties including NBCU Hispanic/Telemundo Media, NBC News, and Audience Studio, the first-mover application of data-driven advanced audience sales of TV/premium video including optimized national linear TV, addressable VOD and OTT, programmatic TV initiative, and programmatic digital, most recently serving as Executive Vice President, Advertising Sales. He spent the first years of his media career on the agency side with stints at NW Ayer, Campbell-MIthun, J. Walter Thompson and Time Buying Services, Baker Hill Media Services, GM Mediaworks, and ultimately GM Planworks and Starcom, where he served as President, Media Investment/Activation, leading investment for TV, digital, audio, OOH and print for all Starcom clients including General Motors, Samsung, Allstate, Kellogg, Bank of America, Hallmark, and Best Buy.

     

    Rosen holds a J.D. degree from Fordham University School of Law, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from Cornell University.
